East Coast Fall: Part 1

Our East Coast fall has been fun and full!
Here's our 2nd grader's first school photo in Virginia.

Obligatory cute-kid-in-a-pumpkin-patch pic.

Made an impromptu trip to Busch Gardens before it closed for the season.
Perfect October weather too!

Such a beautiful amusement park!

Thanks to Busch Gardens for the free Military Tribute tickets!

In 1989, L's parents were Wonder Woman and Batman at her school's fall carnival. This month, L carried on the crime-fighting tradition as Wonder Woman with Batgirl at Z's trunk-or-treat event.

The Naval dermatologist went above and beyond with a little freckle removal and turned L into Frankenstein with 16 stitches on Halloween, yikes.

Thea N and cousin J visited us again from Maryland!

On Halloween, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, and Santa Claus had a blast with Superman and the lovely Audrey Hepburn! We also loved the local dinosaurs.

Trip to the Botanical Gardens, Thea N and J's first time!

Lovely drive through historic Portsmouth.

Autumn finally starting to show up in our backyard,

Can't get enough of the golden leaves.
